Job Description

The Creative Instigator is a key member of Fife Cultural Trust’s Partnerships & Creative Development Team who work across theTrust and with external partners to deliver memorable experiences for Fifers of all ages.

From project work and creative classes to skills development and national projects there are no two days the same and we can assure you that you will never get the chance to be bored. 

Fife Cultural Trust is an ambitious charity whose mission is to enrich lives in Fife. 

Responsibilities

You will lead on creativity and innovation across the Trust including cross service development, programming and planning.  You will be responsible for developing work with partners and stakeholders through high quality and innovative practice.  You will lead on delivering a range of projects and activities both internally and externally as well as bringing creative ideas and added value to existing activities.  An eye for detail as well as a creative flair when it comes to developing innovative reports, films and other promotional materials is essential.  Research and developing funding opportunities is also an important part of the role.     

The Individual

You will be a confident individual who is passionate about creativity and will thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have experience in leading on projects and activities and can prioritise and work under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills and a sound working knowledge of digital media and ICT as well experience in evaluation and report writing.  Most of all you will want to deliver the best experiences possible for the people of Fife.
