The Role

Supervising the Café within a vibrant venue that customer experience is essential too; the Catering Supervisor will lead the catering team in providing a friendly, welcoming and customer focussed service that is offered to all. This will be shown in your passion for delivering first class food and service, developing and leading a team and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to industry standards.

The Responsibilities

Responsible for all activities in the café and surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.  Supervision and direction of the catering team including compiling staff rotas and dealing with a range of enquiries relating to the services offered.  Completing required paperwork, cash handling and the collation of sales and purchase records.

The Successful Candidate

Will be passionate about the full customer experience, approachable with current and relevant experience in café or catering environment. A people person with attention to detail and the drive and enthusiasm to take the catering and hospitality on offer at Fife Cultural Trust further. A team player with skills in administration and customer service and a flexible attitude towards work and providing the experience customer expects. There will be a requirement to work weekends and in other Fife Cultural Trust venues as required.
