Ways to Wellbeing - May 2019

Ways to Wellbeing is ONFife’s first festival of events focused on health and wellbeing. Taking place in May we aim to bring people together and promote all the ways we can help with positive wellbeing. From the feel good power of reading, dancing at Groove ON our dementia friendly disco, being Mindful with Martin Stepek, joining in with Bookbug or our interactive storytelling with Leo and the Lightning Dragons – we have something for everyone.
