Mobile Library Review
Fife Cultural Trust has made a number of changes to improve its Mobile Library service after listening to users’ needs.
548 individuals took part in the Mobile Library Survey which was created to gain an insight into how Fife’s mobile library routes and timetables could be altered to provide a more effective mobile library service for all.
The engagement process provided a crucial platform for the Trust to gain important feedback from users on how best to improve the Mobile Library service, taking into account changes to the local library network in the region and the recent reduction from three mobile libraries to two.
All individual responses from the survey, which ended on June 17, have been carefully considered by the Trust and new Mobile Library routes have now been created along with a new timetable which will go live from Monday 29 August and can be accessed below:

Home Delivery Service
If you experience difficulty in getting to your local library, try our Home Delivery Service. It’s completely free and includes standard print books and DVDs as well as large print and audiobooks on cassette or CD.
Library staff or volunteers with identification will visit you on a regular basis at the same time of day to make deliveries.
