Summer Reading Challenge 2019

This year, the Reading Agency and ONFife libraries are ready to send you on an out-of-this-world adventure, celebrating the Summer Reading Challenge’s 20th Birthday and inspired by the 50th anniversary of the first moon landing.

Running from Saturday 1st June – Sunday 1st September, children across Fife will have their very own intergalactic mission to complete; they will help our super space family track down books nabbed by mischievous aliens!

All 35 library branches plus our mobile libraries will take part in Space Chase, Summer Reading Challenge 2019 with children getting to read six books over the summer period, receiving prizes at every stage and a Space Chase medal and certificate on completion.

Can they find the pesky book-stealing aliens in time to save the day? Register at your local library to take part in this space-tastic adventure!

All primary school children who complete Space Chase, Summer Reading Challenge 2019 will be given a special voucher code allowing them 2 FREE tickets to one of our ONFife film screenings as a very special reward!! See which films are ON here.
